Lorath suspects these visions may be used to our advantage because they give us an immediate insight into Lilith's malevolent plans. He informs us to accompany him to Kyovashad, the main city of the Fractured Peaks. Despite his dismissal from the city's traditional welcoming ritual, Lorath suspects we'll find answers there, especially within the Cathedral of Light. From this advice, we eventually satisfy the archangel Inarius and inform him of Lilith's activities.
After merely a brief stay in Kyovashad, Lorath departs to research reports of the 'pale man' within the Dry Steppes, hot around the trial of Elias, Lilith's chief servant. He tasks us with reporting to Donan, another person in the Horadrim in Scolsglen.
Lorath Nahr is without a doubt our key NPC contact for that story of Diablo 4.
