To make Obsession Runeword in the Diablo 2 Resurrected Ladder, you'll need the Zod, Ist, Lem, Lum, Io, and Nef runes, Zod is the hardest rune to get, and it increases this Runeword requirement to level 69. Wisdom is the more speculative one and the only non-weapon Runeword in this list, seems to be a helmet-specific Runeword for ranged characters like the bowazon, although it does include a bunch of interesting mods for the 2.4 rogues too.
